Let me introduce myself. My name is Abhinav Maurya. I’m 19 years young. I live and work in Chandigarh a beautiful city in India. In past life, I was a professional athlete and achieved various medals and trophies. But due to some injury I stopped my athlete life. Now my life goal is to help 100 million people to get healthy and avoid injuries and enjoy their full healthy life.

I started this blog in 2017 to empower people to take full responsibility for their own health and enjoyment of life by investigating, discussing, and critically rethinking everything we have assumed to be true about health and wellness.
